Price Changes:
Prices in effect are subject to change without notice. Every effort will be made to communicate price changes in advance.
Payment Terms:
Payment is Net 30 days from date of invoice.
Return Policy:
This section applies only to consumables such as toner, ink, staples, paper and waste toner containers. Defective goods and unopened goods in saleable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery with Canon’s prior written approval. Please contact Canon to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) and Shipping Label. Goods without a valid RGA# will not be accepted for return. All returned goods shall be subject to inspection by Canon as to condition and quantities, and Canon reserves the right to refuse the return of any goods following their inspection. If in Canon´s view the goods are defective, Canon may, at its option, either provide a credit for the purchase price of the defective goods, or repair or replace such goods. All other goods accepted for return by Canon but deemed not to be defective shall be subject to a restocking charge, as Canon may determine from time to time.
Incorrect Items:
Where it has been determined that the item(s) shipped are not what was ordered as a result of improper order entry or order picking, Canon, Business Solutions Division will pick-up and replace such item(s) with the requested item(s) at no charge. Rush orders are subject to delivery charges. Incorrectly ordered items that are not as a result of Canon's actions are subject to delivery charges.
Restocking Charge:
Items that need to be restocked may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Damaged Goods:
In case of damage or shortage in shipments, note the discrepancy on the bill of lading/packing slip before signing for receipt of the order and notify Canon, Business Solutions Division immediately and provide Canon, Business Solutions Division with a copy of the bill of lading/packing slip. Where there is concealed damage, retain the packaging for inspection. For shipments delivered by a courier or freight company, report the claim to the carrier and obtain an inspection report. Notify Canon, Business Solutions Division and we will co-operate to help you secure a satisfactory adjustment.
Delivery Charges:
There are no delivery charges on supplies ordered within Canon, Business Solutions Division's local delivery area on orders of $200 or more. On orders that are less than $200, a minimum delivery charge of $20 may apply. Delivery charges may apply for deliveries outside of Canon, Business Solutions Division's local delivery area.
